James Montgomery’s real estate experience spans 18 years and a variety of sectors, including commercial appraising, retail brokerage, as well as single-tenant and self-storage development. James has originated and managed retail projects throughout the US for brands such as Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr, Taco Bell, Popeye’s, Burger King and 7-11. Since 2019, James has focused solely on acquiring, developing and trading self-storage facilities.
Will Henderson has nearly 10 years of finance experience related to commercial real estate. Will began his career working for two regional banks that led him to the principal (ownership) side of the business. He has experience transacting on several different project types including self-storage, retail, multi-family, and industrial. Over his career, Will has led the capitalization of over $600,000,000 in real estate assets.
Marigny Gaffney is the Head of Capital Markets for AIE Partners, where she oversees all of the firm’s financing needs. In addition, she also acts as an independent commercial mortgage broker, helping clients nationwide source competitive debt solutions for all commercial asset types.
Marigny brings fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate. She began her career in Atlanta with the CBRE Multifamily Investment Sales Team before transitioning into mortgage brokerage, where she has worked with several well-regarded capital markets shops, continually refining her lender relationships and expanding her nationwide financing network.
