Since 2019, James has focused solely on acquiring, developing and trading self-storage facilities.

Will began his career working for two regional banks that led him to the principal (ownership) side of the business. He has experience transacting on several different project types including self-storage, retail, multi-family, and industrial. Over his career, Will has led the capitalization of over $600,000,000 in real estate assets.

Marigny brings fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate. She began her career in Atlanta with the CBRE Multifamily Investment Sales Team before transitioning into mortgage brokerage.
